Last day before flying home! Can't scuba dive before a flight, so we went snorkeling by boat. Saw 4 sea turtles, a HUGE eagle ray, and hundreds of fish. What an amazing trip!
Saw a MASSIVE swarm of maybe a few THOUSAND fish while snorkeling, an orange-and-yellow patterned stingray, and discovered anemones and sea slugs at the beach!
No diving today - just exploring! Fed crackers to peacocks (they SWARMED us), found 4 huge starfish while snorkeling, discovered hermit crabs in tide pools, and dad got DESTROYED in a pool game.
Got my official scuba diving certification today! Saw a HUUUGE loggerhead turtle 1.5x bigger than my dad, a lobster half the size of dad, and got splashed with seawater as a gift!
Woke up at 7AM for my first ever scuba diving session in Cozumel! Saw spotted-eagle rays, parrotfish, barracudas, and so much more. The Iberostar resort is HUGE!
